SPORTING GOODS
In reading about the Red Sox' win last night, I couldn't help but notice that the two leagues don't have the same number of teams within them. Now, I realize I should've known this, but sixteen teams in the National League and fourteen in the American doesn't make a lot of sense. I suppose this is Bud Selig's doing, but it sure is idiotic.Another shortcoming in the schedule has to do with interleague play, but, like most of corporate America, baseball's mavens don't really care about integrity.

get rid of the florida teams.
move milwaukee back to the AL, and move Detroit or Cleveland back to the AL East.
Problem solved, and more good players concentrated on fewer teams.
